GREAT VIRTUAL SCAVENGER HUNT

The GOAL of the GREAT VIRTUAL SCAVENGER HUNT was to engage participants in questions that pertained to historical venues photographed and outlined in the Great Catalogue, the book The Grapes of Wrath by John Steinbeck, video and audio clips from elder interviews and the documentary found on the website, hobo signs, and information concerning the events which could be found using the website.  By involving every aspect of the TRIUMPH OVER TRAGEDY project, not only would participants learn about the artists and events but would also gain education about the Great Depression/New Deal Era in North Louisiana.

Staff and Affiliates of the Shreveport Regional Arts Council, Bossier Arts Council, and Northeast Regional Arts Council, along with those directly associated with the Eye 20 Creative Corridor, were prohibited from participating in the GREAT VIRTUAL SCAVENGER HUNT.
